Shipping & Processing Time
If orders are placed before 11am PT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), our warehouse will begin processing the same day. If an order is placed after 11am PT, we will begin to processing the next business day.
We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days after credit card verification.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Please keep in mind that we get back-logged during sale and holiday time periods, and it could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team and we will be glad to help.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, select Two Day or Overnight Day air services for expedited delivery. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
Shipping Holidays
NYDJ and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Presidents' Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Rosh Hashanah
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving – Only Air packages will be delivered
- Christmas Day
Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
